B2B GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions govern sales made through the website www.lavamanos.eu, owned by GruHostel Directo, S.L.

This store is exclusively aimed at companies, professionals and self-employed individuals, therefore all transactions are considered B2B sales (business to business).

Sales to private consumers are not carried out.

The customer declares that the purchase is made in the course of their professional or business activity.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

GruHostel Directo, S.L. reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Any modifications will not affect orders previously placed.


2. Product Availability

The commitment to sell products is subject to stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the full amount paid will be refunded, without any right to compensation.


3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros and do not include taxes unless otherwise indicated.

GruHostel Directo, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

In the event of typographical, technical or human errors in prices, descriptions or product specifications, GruHostel Directo, S.L. reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, without giving rise to any right to compensation.


4. Product Suitability

The buyer is responsible for verifying that the purchased product is suitable for the intended use.

GruHostel Directo, S.L. shall not be responsible for incompatibilities or errors arising from an incorrect product selection by the customer.


5. Delivery Times

Delivery times within mainland Spain are normally 2 to 3 working days, unless otherwise indicated.

The indicated delivery times are approximate and non-binding.

Delays caused by force majeure or logistical issues not attributable to the seller shall not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim compensation.


6. Delivery Method

Goods are delivered at street level or at the customer's door.

Transport does not include additional services such as:

  • carrying goods up or down stairs
  • placing the product inside the premises
  • use of machinery or cranes
  • difficult access situations

These services must be requested in advance and will be quoted separately.


7. Receipt of Goods

The customer must check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery.

If the packaging shows visible damage, it must be noted on the carrier's delivery note.

Any incident must be reported in writing within 12 hours of receipt.

After this period, claims for transport damage will not be accepted.


8. Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order provided that the goods have not yet been dispatched.

Cancellations will not be accepted for products that are:

  • made to order
  • customized

9. Returns

As these are B2B sales, there is no legal right of withdrawal.

However, GruHostel Directo, S.L. may accept returns under the following conditions:

  • prior request
  • maximum period of 7 days from receipt
  • unused product
  • original packaging in perfect condition
  • all accessories included

Returns will not be accepted for products that are:

  • used
  • installed
  • manipulated
  • belonging to outlet or second-hand sections

10. Return Costs

If a return is accepted, the following charges will apply:

  • 25% of the product value for reconditioning
  • €10 packaging replacement fee
  • €30 minimum administrative and logistics handling fee

Shipping costs for both delivery and return will not be refunded.


11. Verification Before Installation

The customer must verify the condition and operation of the product before installation.

Returns or claims will not be accepted for products that have been installed, manipulated or used.


12. Warranty

All new products sold by GruHostel Directo, S.L. include a 1-year warranty for professional use.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • damage caused by misuse
  • incorrect installation
  • lack of maintenance
  • product manipulation
  • normal wear and tear
  • electrical damage
  • glass or fragile components

The warranty consists of repair or replacement of the defective component.


13. Warranty Management

To process a warranty claim, the customer must:

  • contact us by email
  • indicate the product reference
  • attach the purchase invoice

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product to our facilities.


14. Technical Service

The purchase of products does not include installation or on-site technical service.

If technical assistance is required, it may be requested through a separate quotation.


15. Photographs and Descriptions

Images and product descriptions are for illustrative purposes only.

Manufacturers may introduce non-substantial modifications without prior notice.


16. Limitation of Liability

GruHostel Directo, S.L. shall not be liable for:

  • financial losses
  • business interruption
  • loss of profit
  • indirect damages resulting from the use of the product

The seller's maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.


17. Retention of Title

Ownership of the goods shall remain with GruHostel Directo, S.L. until full payment of the order has been made.

In the event of non-payment, the seller may claim or recover the goods.


18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute arising from these conditions, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Zafra (Badajoz), Spain.
