Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (B2B)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through the website www.lavamanos.eu, owned by GruHostel Directo, S.L.

This online store is intended exclusively for companies, professionals and self-employed businesses. Accordingly, all transactions are deemed Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.

Sales to private consumers are not accepted.

By placing an order, the Customer declares that the purchase is made in the course of its professional or business activity.

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

GruHostel Directo, S.L. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments shall not affect orders already placed.

2. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed, the amount paid will be refunded in full. No compensation or damages shall be payable.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.

GruHostel Directo, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

In the event of typographical, technical or human errors affecting prices, descriptions or product specifications, GruHostel Directo, S.L. reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid without giving rise to any claim for compensation.

4. Product Suitability

The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased product is suitable for its intended use.

GruHostel Directo, S.L. shall not be liable for incompatibilities or errors resulting from an incorrect product selection made by the Customer.

5. Delivery Times

For mainland Spain, delivery is normally completed within 2 to 3 business days, unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not legally binding.

Delays caused by force majeure or logistical incidents beyond the Seller's control shall not entitle the Customer to cancel the order or claim compensation.

6. Delivery

Goods are delivered at street level or to the customer's entrance.

Delivery does not include additional services such as:

  • Carrying goods up or down stairs
  • Positioning the product inside the premises
  • Use of lifting equipment or cranes
  • Difficult access conditions

Any additional services must be requested in advance and will be quoted separately.

7. Receipt of Goods

The Customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.

If the packaging shows any visible damage, this must be noted on the carrier's delivery note at the time of delivery.

Any transport-related damage or discrepancy must be reported in writing within a maximum of 12 hours from receipt of the goods.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

8. Order Cancellation

The Customer may cancel an order provided that the goods have not yet been dispatched.

Orders for the following products cannot be cancelled:

  • Products manufactured to order
  • Custom-made or personalised products

9. Returns

As these are Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

GruHostel Directo, S.L. may, at its sole discretion, accept returns provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Prior authorisation has been obtained.
  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product has not been used.
  • The original packaging is complete and in perfect condition.
  • All accessories are included.

Returns will not be accepted for products that are:

  • Used
  • Installed
  • Modified or tampered with
  • Purchased from the Outlet or Second-hand sections

10. Return Costs

Where a return has been authorised, the following charges shall apply:

  • 25% of the product value as a refurbishment/restocking fee.
  • €10 for replacement packaging.
  • A minimum administrative and logistics handling charge of €30.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

11. Inspection Prior to Installation

The Customer must verify both the condition and correct operation of the product before installation.

No returns or warranty claims will be accepted for products that have been installed, modified or used.

12. Warranty

All new products sold by GruHostel Directo, S.L. are covered by a 1-year commercial warranty for professional use.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Incorrect installation
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Product modification or tampering
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Electrical damage
  • Glass or other fragile components

The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component.

13. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, the Customer must:

  • Contact us by email.
  • Provide the product reference.
  • Attach a copy of the purchase invoice.

The Customer shall bear the transportation costs of sending the product to our facilities.

14. Technical Support

The purchase of products does not include installation services or on-site technical assistance.

Should technical support be required, it may be arranged separately upon request and subject to an independent quotation.

15. Product Images and Descriptions

Product photographs, images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Manufacturers may introduce non-substantial modifications without prior notice.

Depending on the production batch, products may be supplied bearing either the manufacturer's logo or the distributor's logo.

16. Limitation of Liability

GruHostel Directo, S.L. shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of profits
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product

In all cases, the Seller's maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

17. Retention of Title

Ownership of the goods shall remain with GruHostel Directo, S.L. until full payment of the order has been received.

In the event of non-payment, the Seller reserves the right to recover or reclaim the goods.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Zafra (Badajoz), Spain.
